@bbtntbb For my patients who have Rosacea and want to exfoliate, I recommend that they exfoliate very gently and infrequently to ensure not irritating their sensitive skin. For example, once a week, for 15 minutes with a 5% glycolic product.

olive oil is the BEST eye makeup remover. it doesnt hurt your eyes, takes it off easily, and its good for your eyelashes. plus its a LOT cheaper than makeup remover.

i use eye cream at night, after i moisturize my face but not around my eyes, then i apply eye cream around the eyes area. did i do it right?
