According to my Joel Whitburn Billboard books, even though he wrote it, AL GREEN NEVER HAD A TOP 100 HIT WITH THIS SONG.
The hit was by SYL JOHNSON, and it went to #75 R&B and #48 Pop, in 1975.
Talking Heads went to #26 in 1979.
