Ermine (Short-tailed Weasel)

We caught an Ermine! Don't worry, we let him safely go : )
This was during a job I had at an ecological center in the Adirondack Mountains.

lol thats a weasel its an ermine during winter when its white...... plus they dont eat leaves they eat meat.. rabbit,chicken,frog,fish... ok i think ya ya get the picture. but still a cool video.

it doesn't change its species just because it changes its fur color. Its always an Ermine but people just call it a weasel sometimes because it is in the weasel family. And we did have a dead mouse in there as bait, he just knawed on it so much it looked like it was part of the leaves that got in there. It wouldnt have gone in if there was no meat.

fliping shoot him dude when a gray fox was eating our chickens i got him in my trap then shot him in the head with my 22 cal air rifle then skined him and pelted him.

by the way when i shot him he didnt suffer so all you peta losers can shut the heck up.

... Hell, ive seen wild animals refuse to leave their cages upon release back to the bush! Its as if they instinctively know, the good times are OVER!!! LOL
