This is my Guide for 70-99 Strength, I tested the most common places & weapons used to train strength. Saradomin Sword @ Yaks is the best with up to 75K Xp/Hr, but sacred clay items double ur xp ( for 33K xp). Here's the results for each 30mins:

Yaks:
BGS: 30888 28448

Ss (Sacred Clay Helm): 74326

Monkey Guards:
Ss: 29263 27569 (802 Pray Xp)
Dragon Scimy: 32305 27592 (786 682 Pray Xp)

what about rock crabs? they have cblvl 13 max hit 15, yaks with cblvl 22 max hit 24 but same exp (200) each and 500 hp =0

Giant Spiders are the same as yaks and they are aggressive so you can afk. So id say Giant Spiders

or just get salve amulet (e) and go to ankous lowest floor in stronghold security, awesome cash plus 80k exp per hour because the salve gives 20% str and atk boost on undead infinite and without prayer. if you use super set without prayer un get 90k exp per hour. if you use all this with prayer you (piety) you get 100k exp per hour, and if you use turmoil you get 110-120k exp per hour!!! i got from 95-99 str 7m cash down there.

lol i got 99 str today cuz of guide friend told me if u got good arm and good def its easy i brought full bandos and ss just afked it whent to school for 7 hr got 99 str by time i got back

um i heard the monkey at ape atoll r rly good xp how long whould u think from 97 to 99 at the monkey guard and witch u think is the best way to get xp my opion is bandits and monkey if u know any other way plz pm me it if itz better
