@waitey1 I agree with you on every point except for Alek's mic. Though Aleks is technically a backup singer, I think of Gareth and her as a sort of duet vocal act. Their levels were about the same, so I think it was good.

The presenter chap in all these videos is ace, he takes a proper interest and speaks just the right amount, allowing and encouraging the band to speak and not making himself the main figure. Good on 'im.

whoever the sound enginer was on this they should be shot the levels are all wrong. aleks vocals are up too high and so is the violin. guitar is too quiet as well.
