STEp 1) Open up Cydia
STEP 2) Download a package called OpenSSH and whatever comes with it
STEP 3) Download winSCP from the link I provide
STEP 4) Setup SSH on your computer
STEP 5) The username is root and the pass is alpine
STEP 6) The hostname is the IP adress your ipod is using with WiFi *I do not claim or take any ownership in winSCP or the OpenSSH package in Cydia

for me it says access denied when i get to putting in the password also the update message( at 6:00) didn't show up on mine
