Human error!
The equipment has to be inspected, and replaced - when you bungee you are trusting people you don't know with your life.

people understand one thing nothing is 100% , i am from zim and anywhere else mistakes do happen but not much coverage is given to them , understand one thing it happened it was zim but thats it no story should be attached to the whole thing
