    great video

  • @ALEFILES Pop Rivets

  • @ALEFILES The second skin is always harder. Normally you work from nose to tail going across the skin to each rib before moving down closer to the tail of the skin. You have to hold the skin up out of the way to reach inside and buck the rivets. As you get to the last couple rivets on each rib before the rear spar, you usually can't reach inside to get them. Sometimes you can reach through the ribs from the end of the wing or next bay over to get the last few and sometimes you use blind rivets.

  • Dear people: It's a mistery for me how will you riveting the wing when will put the the sheet on the other side? What kind of rivets usually is using here? I will appreciate if somebody reveals me this mistery... Thanks!!!
