Congress is standing in the way of producing more American energy now, so American Solutions is starting a video contest called "Drill Here, Drill Now, Pay Nothing." The winner will receive free gasoline for an entire year.

If you can best demonstrate in a short video why we must adopt a 'Drill Here, Drill Now, Pay Less" approach, then you really can "Pay Nothing" for the next year.

No, France sucks. They sell advanced weaponry to any scum with the cash, like the Russians. Their electricity generation is good, 73% nuclear. Their ghettos are well-designed, also. They're easily blockaded, in case the lower class rise up against the elite. They can all be contained and destroyed withing a block of their homes. Still like France? btw the U.S. gov't makes more money per gallon of gas sold than the oil company that made it. Why hasn't that taxcash been put to research?

Thier prices are becuase they tax it... thus less poeple will want to use it and thus renewables become more attractive. Also the tax money goes to fund renewable energy, thats how you get off oil.

Their reliance is higher BECAUSE their petroproduct prices are insane, and not the other way 'round. Necessity is still the mother of invention.

I also admire France's energy production, I must say. Their electricity is much cleaner than everyone else, and not as subject to oil market variations.

Those countrys reliance on renewable energy souces are much higher than the USA.

That means they ARE ahead of us.

I do my research. As a child, I rarely trusted the words of an adult. As an adult, I've kept this habit and call it good. You're uninformed on certain aspects of their politics, economy, or both.

I know people from Europe. Europe is not ahead of the U.S. in anything except art collections. I do admire their use of rail systems, though.
