He doesn't see his users as customers. They are only $ signs and spreadsheets to him. He's gonna milk the revenue to the "nth" degree and back out of it--he said it. "Raise as much money as you can" & "fail fast". He's laughing all the way to the bank. Good for him. I'm glad I don't have the same morals he does, however. I'll just be a sucker and be proud of who I am. thank you.
