@HughJass99 In some states it is illegal to have surveillance cameras with both video and sound and the quality can only be "so good". That is why surveillance is normally such poor quality and there is no sound : ).

ive watched a few of these bank robbery videos and i am disturbed (but not surprised) by all the racist and ignorant comments on here. do ppl not realize that criminals come in all colors? i've seen many robbery videos (on unsolved mysteries for example) where the criminals came in all shades....
