Did Rauf visit GMU Center for Biodefense/ American Type Culture Collection ("ATCC")? His notes refer to NGO's (charities), government, teaching institutes, and medical labs as "cover". A Salafist charity speaker shared suite, fax and maildrop w/ leading anthrax scientist Alibek and former dep. USAMRIID Comm./ Ames researcher CB. Ali was mentored by OBL's sheik al-Hawali and actively coordinating with 911 imam Aulaqi. His lawyer wrote his client "was considered an anthrax weapons suspect."
