When we started this firm over 20 years ago, Andy Bederman and I had a philosophy. And that philosophy is that we want our clients to feel that they're being treated just like our family would be treated if they were in a similar circumstance. To that end also we'll contact you every 20 to 30 days after you've retained us. Even if there's nothing going on in your case, we'll be happy to tell you that. We'll tell you what it means, what the next stage is. As the case goes on, you will be kept informed as to everything that's happening. And, if you feel that that's not enough, call us. We're happy to talk to you. Our staff and our attorneys are quite willing to let you know everything as it transpires. When we take your case, we want you to know there is no small case in our office. Every person has a problem or they wouldn't have called us. We want you to know we will work on your case large or small, as if you were the only client we represent.
