Meh, this kind of proves that P90x works for some people, but not all. Not saying your results aren't good, as they are an improvement over how you were, but they are nowhere near the god-tier that other videos are. I personally had slightly better results with HIIT and Zone Diet over a 1 month period.

hells ya man u got some sick results there! im in love with p90x. when i started i weighed 220 and now i weigh 180 but i gotta admit i didnt do the diet i just eat a lot better than i used to. still every time i see my friends they tell how much bigger my muscles are or how much thinner i look. shits awesome!
