@TheThunderGirl1 No... it says.. in the Bible.. there is proof... that its written there... about 2000 years ago in the Bible that there WILL be natural disasters... A prophecy.. fullfilled.... yeah... ok... -.-

It's hard for you to comprehend God without Him being "the Earth, people or some sort of company" because you focus on images and traditions instead of God's word.
Most people who claim to believe in God unknowingly call God a liar because they do not believe God is/was Almighty enough to provide His people with a correct translation of His word- which translates into man being stronger than God.
So, many choose to believe in man's images of God and man's religious traditions (Compare Mark 7:9).

@vincent15641 it's hard for me to comprehend God ever being without the Earth and people or some sort of company because if he created everything, he would have to have been alone before he created anything, including angels and heaven. thats why im confused. so like, to you, heaven is god??

@TheThunderGirl1 If you thought the earth was God, that's as backwards as thinking the creation is the Creator. In other words, the clay would also be claiming to be the potter of itself.
If God is all seeing and all knowing, why is it confusing for you to believe God already knows what people are going to do.
If you know your child well, you already know many of the things your kid will do. So why doubt that God can also do the same?

@vincent15641 I thought the Earth was God. You're saying God wants people to stay evil and not make their life right for the sake of fulfilling Bible prophecy, and that God predestinates people to be inherently good or evil? This is too confusing for me. I wish life made sense but religion and pop culture make it very confusing.

@TheThunderGirl1 The earth will not be completely destroyed. But the world as we know it will end. Preaching prophecy is not saying "Yay! The world will end."
In fact, if we pray that the world as we know it will never end, that would be the same as saying "Lord, please let your word be a lie so that your prophecies will not come true".
There are prophecies about evil men and seducers becoming worse (2nd Timothy 3:13).
Greed and hatred is making this come true!

@pseudophp the natural disasters are for us to wake up and realize we are neglecting Earth and letting it get dirty. Louisiana gets alot of spankings because of the filthy gambling and trash that goes on there.

@vincent15641 the world will only end if we destroy it. if it ends, it will be our fault for wrecking it with pollution, neglect and abuse. instead of wanting it to end, why not take care of it? plant trees, grass, flowers, clean it up, recycle, stop killing animals. im sick of all this "yay! the world is going to end! lets all just sit back on our lazy asses and watch it get more dirty and suffocate and go up in flames. yay!" that's nasty thinking and i won't stand for it.
