I don't know who is that chuck norris.BUt I am sure that he is not the no.1 superstar in his country or industry.But,Rajini is the biggest superstar in this country,this inspite of not belonging to Bollywood..So,he has to be special.

But just becoz he does larger-than-life stunts(like any other south indian film star),his haters are using that chuck norris for comparisons obviously to be-little Rajini...and i am always cool,even while getting upset or abusing others
