Another fight against Jack, this time his Squall.

Too often I forget that you can't use Protect Guard with the same impunity as Turn Guard. It's still the best guard to use against Squall, though.

  • @seventhheavenful Turn Guard only has Low Priority block ability, while Protect Guard goes up to Mid Priority on melee attacks, which can successfully block Squall's spinning attack, which is Mid Priority, and is too unreliable to Omni Block because of the odd way in which it hits. Protect Guard eliminates his melee options, making him much more predictable, and therefore guardable.

  • sorry to say but turn guard works better that any other block (except omniblock) but nice video anyway.
