This (banging) was happening before the main board was replaced. It happens when the compressor is in the high speed mode (most I can tell). The Inside of the house it sounds like there is a power interruption every time it pops. It started off only doing it sometimes, after a while it was almost constant. After the main board was replaced, it only occasionally starts this banging noise and only bangs 5 or 6 times in a row then stops for a while( still only in the high speed compressor mode).
