heyy iv just looked at more vids!! and your not ment to be pulling the white handel all the way up when your adjusting the seat or trying to turn it round or when you fold it in parent faceing!!!! i think the issue is not been with the pram but ppl not reeding instructions!!!!

Hi all, apologies for the late response. We always want you to have a good experience! To solve this issue we changed the Bugaboo Bee seat end 2010. The new model is in store since January 2011 and can be recognized by 3 dots on the white backrest adjustment lock.
As @sashakos is saying, in our channel there's a demo video to explain how to recline the backrest of the Bugaboo Bee model 2010. Of course, people who have problems can contact our service department.

@TheCrappyAwards Bugaboo is aware of the problem and they remedied it a while ago. Check their website, they'll send you new wheels.

We have had problems with our seat too. Its quite hard to fold and open with the seat facing towards you. My partner twanged it too hard and the side bit snapped so we had to buy another seat unit..Apart from that its a lovely pram!

The biggest problem are the front wheels. This is a BAD STROLLER. Do not buy it and see my video if you don't believe me.
