  • @Kastralis well... Legolandh comment is quite unuseful. What bad form does he/she mean? I really cannot see any, even having seen many training videos like these and doing lateral raises myself already long time. You can injure yourself with this exercise only using too heavy weight for you. But that can be with any exercise. Thats doesnt depend of form.

    ever heard of upload a video where yoy correct the mistakes then? I dont believe you get this syndrome if u use weights normal for u. Else you shouldnt do any weightlifting.
