Typhoon may not have VT - but it can change it's energy state (potential/kinetic) very quickly - it's smaller than big jets like the F-22 & Sukhoi's which need VT to have an edge. I've seen displays of the F-16, F-22 , Typhoon and Sukhois, and I'd say the snap-roll / vector change of the F-16 still runs rings around the big boys. The Typhoon is like the F-16 XL - a great jet that sadly never went into production - albeit with 2 engines , and one of the best pilot interfaces ever made

Great so you know that how? have you seen them in action acainst each other? have you read the classified performace data? The EF has out performed every plane its been in mock combat with.
