This is a "stationary" dynamic warm-up exercise to help with pre-activity flexibility. Perform 15-20 reps or movement for each movement 2-3 times. The first movement will stretch the pectorals and posterior deltoid; second the biceps, triceps and anterior shoulder capsule; third the rotator external and internal rotators.
