@nezantra parkour isnt about flips thats free running parkour is quickest way from A to B free running is most creative eg flips i understand what u mean because gymnastics helps alot in parkour :D

@TomMcateerable It has nothing to do with gymnastics? Oh really.... Let me think... Flips? Yeah, gymnasts do those. Break falls? Yeah, gymnasts do that. I see where you're coming from but it really is just glorified gymnastics used to optimize speed across a varying terrain.
