Why does Paul appear to emphasize certain parts of the law (Torah) and nullify others? On what basis? Is Paul "cherry-picking" his favorite Scriptures?
Paul taught against circumcision, Acts 21:21 The book of James was written for the trial of Paul at the church of Ephesus, Jesus spoke of the trial of Paul and Barnabas in Rev 2:2. Show me in any of Paul's letters,.not a single word Paul wrote gives the actual teaching of Jesus, nor does he mention even one of his parables; instead Paul spreads his own philosophy and his own ideas. Paul never knew Jesus. See testing of a true prophet of God in Deut 13:1-10. Jesus passed it. Paul failed it!
Quite disgusting; totally contradicts what Messiah taught -especially in Matthew 5:17-19. The context of the verse quoted by Wright is referring to the oral law. Marcion made a mess of the Pauline letters by not making the distinction between the oral law (Talmud) and God's law (Torah.) Before Jesus came to fulfill (bring into full meaning) the Torah, the Pharisees were oppressing the people with their Talmud. Christ didn't come to "spiritualize" Torah either.
