This is another 3d camera tracker test. We are trying to find a reliable 3d camera tracker for our low budget short film, the results you are watching are made with Digi-Lab's Voodoo Camera Tracker.

  • Why can´t anyone make an tutorial on this -.-

  • @Grigori0s thanks for all your help im getting smooth camera tracks just like yours for your kindness il subscribe

  • @bpp45 It will definitely improve the tracking if the lack of points is your problem. However if that's not the case adding more will just be a waste of time. The question is "how many points per scene?"; It really depends on the complexity of the scene and your experience with the application.

  • @Grigori0s lol i fixed the problem a while a go but would you say the amount of track points you export would change the track?

  • @bpp45 Could be a lot of reasons! Try to increase the tracking points of your solution.

  • @Grigori0s hey i am also using 3ds max + voodoo i get a very shakey track unlike yours any advice? i can show u a video if u need one

  • @alexandraconstantin I don't know if you already found a solution to your problem, but it looks like 'version incompatibility' to me. Check if your Voodoo plugin is 100% compatible with your 3DS Max version (Not known problems) or check the Voodoo export to script settings. Good luck!

PS - Can you see the Voodoo cam? Try using that camera as your view port.

  • @Grigori0s It looks great, I did the same things but my camera doesn't move at all in max, it has keys for each frame but no movement (not even in the track view , no curve) and when i switch to wire frame there's no tracking point in the scene. even if i place an object in front of the camera, the movie (background shows the animation) but the object stays still. I would appreciate an advice. Thanks

  • Wow dude you should be proud thats pretty incredible

  • how did u use voodooo and 3ds max when i did it it said i needed blender
