Testing our gsxr600 quad at El Mirage Dry Lake bed. Hard launching that broke our shifter and suffered bad tire wobble at high speed.

Check out my other video "elmo2009". I ran it with American Racer tires and bigger sprocket. It hooked up much better.

Internally it is but it has a K&N filter, velocity stacks and a power commander with no exhaust after the header. How far along are you on ur quad?

You are the first guy i've seen on youtube to actually twist the fuckin throttle, what's the point in doin the motor swap if your not going to use the extra power. Great video

I am neck deep in dropping an 06 gsxr750 motor w/3800mi factory rated at 147hp into an 06 Canam DS650 right now - now have everything needed - just about to start the fabrication. It was already a sick sand only bike with lotso chrome and powdercoat and carbon fiber before the DS motor gave up - Im doing this conversion as opposed to rebuilding the old motor. Any tips or advice from those who have already done conversions? I got 530 chain front and rear as opposed to going down to 525...

dude im building this same thing right now.. i have an 09 gsxr 600 going into a Honda 450...my motor is newer so its pushing about 120 HP... subscribe to my channel an ill have a video up when im completed...

lets see, 660 (which isnt made anymore its a 700 EFI) is a SOHC 5 valve using rocker arms to actuate the valves, where as the 600 gixxer motor is a inline 4 cylinder with 2 cams DOHC and 4 valves per cylinder with about 17,000 RPMS.
