@dnorledrol though I do kind of agree with what you're saying, when they say "of the world" they mean of the professional division that dominates the industry, anyone can be as tough as they want where they want, no one can dominate under all circumstances. Lesnar is a pro fighter who does not deserve the attention he gets, weather it's good or bad.
