EXCELLENT! I never saw them in Liverpool, only in Hamburg at the Kaisekeller, but this was them, all they way! Pete was a better pure drummer, but Ringo was a "showier" drummer, plus, McCartney was jealous of Pete being a real chick magnet.

To be honest I cannot see much difference between Pete and ringo's playing... so I wonder why they sack Pete...

Is this the same Casbah where the pre-fame Beatles played? I'd really appreciate it if someone can direct me to it via Google Earth. And if anyone knows of any photos of the place on Flickr etc I'd be glad to hear from you too!

bmajor...yes! saw you filming! i did not see myself in any of the videos, though. only made it to doorway and at 6'1" i felt guilty about blocking it for too long! so i stayed just outside the door in the rainbow room and listened (and danced a bit!). hubby and i going to see pete and roag in D.C. this weekend at AROTR!
