As other countries begin to see the light of the tunnel, the US is living out the last days of it's superpower status. Most of our lifestyles will take a dramatic turn for the worse with the future Obama regime. At least we will be thin and in shap foraging for food. Inspired by +Stanislav Mishin

The world of difference that separates you from the likes of France is that they believe in government and build the country with foresight (like not to not rely on ridiculous amounts of petroleum). Jobs and quality of life first, GDP and growth second.
Private enterprise doesn't act with strategic foresight, and it doesn't have a vision for the economy as a whole. It doesn't care for people. And if your government isn't competent, well, then you're just in a free fall. Disaster is coming.
idiot doesnt know a dam thing about economics. simple gold fever is about over so people will put us currency back in their portfolio cause its cheap and this idiot will tell you another line of bull
I get the sense that America has too little experience with what you call socialism, so whatever it does ends up being a disaster. It's like we had after the breakup of the Union when we struggled to transition to the market economy. Every step was painful and seemed to be counter productive. People hated it. But we learned and got our house in order.
Look at the most successful countries in this crisis! They are all what you call socialist states with a strong government intervention culture.
I'm really confused after watching this, and I've been listening to American politicians for quite while. I was born in the Soviet Union and I know how communism feels like.
But I get the same communism feeling every time I listen to Ron Paul, and now you InflationUS. There's something deeply flawed with what you say and how you think.
With higher oil prices it's going to be the end of an era, and the last superpower will be gone. USA has rotten foundations that only time could fix.
hold on the united states always bounces back higher and higher. we the melting pot on a subconciously level will and are fixing this situation. we are always ahead of the curb either by might or insight.
the only reason we havent fell so fast is because unlike russia we have a very short live world reserve currency. countries like brazil india russia r getting out because china invested in IMF international monetary fund (basket of curriencies) that made thier currency rise in worth. Also china re-niged or defaulted on thier commodity derivatives c too many wars like rome should have stayed with monroe doctrine
