  • humm Car should go to "C" ,

if "A", was STUPID, enough to accept a debt or fiat instrument for property well, too bad to "A", Screw Fair, rely on LAW (which is Harsh ) , the Law is what it is...

See, if "A", instead of accepting a "debt' instruments, for transfer of property, have, "B", who is trying to give A, a check, accept only a more tangible material, (since you are giving him something tangible) like gold or silver, yes it will SLOW transactions down to a crawl, but, hey ....

  • sorry but this lecturer is wrong with the A B C example...if the court holds that C is intitled to keep the car then A has lost the car and not the 5000 euros, therefore A would only be left with the fraudulent check which is worthless.

  • Very informative; if only Sydney Uni produced the same.
