  • @gibob11 Not ever... Pole vault helmets increase the rest of breaking your neck (in simple terms). The helmet elevates the head higher than the rest of the spine. Pole vaulting education is the key to safety.

  • no one wwears a helmet only people too afraid who shouldnt be vaulting wear them and they areant that safe only if your dangerous is when you wear one thats why bubka who vaulted 21 ft never wore one he didnt need to.
