The Lesser Redpolls may be so rare to see isn't it..Still I have never seen them :) They have such a cute way of hanging and eating..Other birds give an amazing captures to your videos..
@lmmsl The Lesser Redpoll is on the red list of endangered birds, I was not sure if it was a young common Redpoll or a Lesser, Jamie wells of the RSPB put me on track. The Blackbird was posing for me Im sure, he was no more than 5 feet away from me. Thank you as always Menu.
Beautiful, as usual. Thanks for identifying the birds! I don't see all of these birds in California. Your videos are not only appealing, they are educational. Love the natural sound, too. I'm trying to identify the Cormorant... not a Double-cresed or a Brandt's if those are white feathers on its face. Perhaps that's a Little Pied Cormorant in the tree?
@MyWildlifeVideos Thank you my friend. I do believe it is one of the race "sinensis". It has all the characteristics of it, and if I am not mistaken, is from Denmark and across Europe. They have been breeding too at the reserve, and the one in the tree, is on a partly built nest.
