@mbcrazed Hi , there are (for me) three great brands: Camac (french), Salvi (Italian) and Lyon&Healy (American), I suggest you the less expensive harp in one of this brand. If you choose Camac i advise you the Clio, it's great to begin !

The question was "How long does it take to FULLY learn to use a harp ?" Sure, after one year you can play some easy tracks, but to have a great sound and a good technic, it's a long time !
