  • I've been informed that a bowl of the daily soup at One Harbour Road at the Grand Hyatt is HK$80.

But even though the soup changes from day to day, this particular sai yeung choi broth can be pre-ordered.

Having tried it myself, HK$80 is definitely worth it.

  • @shimasamba is this true?

  • Please be careful when eating in a hong kong resturant. It seems that if the chef is a asshole he will put pubiks hairs in your food. I was disgusted when i found a pubic hair in my noodles that appeared to be put there purposely. Check your food completely before eating and if possible watch the person who prepares it. Dont trust hong kong resturants

  • My mom makes this soup every mouth. She doesn't add fish though. I'm sick of that soup.

  • at the hyatt! can't be cheap! how much is it per bowl?
