So basically I just replaced the tissue with the end of a plastic spoon. (the actual spoon part) And I weaved it so that part is inside the shoe under the leather with glue inbetween the leather and spoon and the other part is outside the shoe with the inside glued between the spoon and rubber. If that makes sense. Hopefully this will make the shoe last a little longer since I've had to shoe goo it like twice before.
