I'm a competitive lifter at a good level for those of you that are like me (started lifting late in live and have a full time job during the week)

be under no illusion, these guys are selected, chosen, picked, from a very young age 10 at the most, and all they do is train, they are full time athletes. Their government pays them to train. This is why they are so far beyond (oh and also a lot of roids but that is another discussion) but that is why they are so far beyond what seems possible

yesterday i did 205lbs(clean and jerk) in gym and everyone was like WOW dude you are awesome and my body weight is 187lbs looking at real masters of art i feel awful :(
