This video showcases Yale University's commitment to Sustainable Food Development. It includes interviews with Josh Viertel and Melina-Shannon-Dipietro.
Great initiative, but give some thought to where the nutrients are going.. they're being flushed down the toilet when the people eat the lovely organic food and go for a crap... completely unsustainable! Without humanure recycling, organic gardening is little better than mining the earth's resources. To be real about sustainability you need to close the circle on the nutrient CYCLE! I suggest the humanure handbook as a good starting point.. anyway keep up the great work guys.
WHAT THE **** YALE nice camera... I Would Expect better quality from you. Oh well i couldn't watch more than 2 minutes of it before i stopped it due to video quality... :(

Keep up the good work. Maybe in 1000 years you can help save enough lives to make up for Tony Blair's war.

It is good to see Yale doing positive work and learning about sustainability. The project concept can be brought to other means of doing business.
