SIFU MALAI CHONG INTERVIEW

During the recent food hunt in Penang 2011 organized by Food Digest, Taiwanese Celebrity Chef Chen Hong, together with Korean Chef Park and Malaysian 8TV Hot Chef 1st Runner-up, Chef Billy Ng, highly praised the food pepped up by Sifu Malai Chong, 68 years old. The elderly Sifu who has been in the kitchen for over 5 decades is a treasure Penang would be proud to have. Even Chef Chen Hong suggested that we should appreciate his cooking since he's the last of his kind left in Penang. Here's a close and personal review with the Sifu on his recommended Stuffed Pork Trotter with Eight Treasures (八寳豬手).
