  • Are you useing a couple layers of 1/4 inch drywall or wetting down 5/8 inch ?

  • @Lotum4n using 1/4 flexible drywall and wetting the back is always the best thing to use when drywalling an arched ceiling. Some of our local drywallers can use 1/2" and wet the back to get the same results but it is a lot easier using 1/4"

  • How do you put that much bed on the Sheetrock without it breaking?

  • @laxmanchip you simply wet the back of the drywall board. See "how to dryall a barrel vault" for an example

  • great job guys wish i could tape it now

  • wow you guys would put alot of builders to shame here in new zealand.

  • @Archking57 Well i seen the drywalling video you posted and i was impressed i wish we had people out here who took more pride in there work as your people did in the video . Here in Canada our fire code says we need 5/8 " dry wall on ceilings so probably a few layers of 1/4 " to pass code . Nice product i want to use it some time .Thanks for the reply : Tim
