http://www.mosesinhomefitness.com/ San Diego Personal Trainer shares In home arm workout that can be done with only two exercise tools, resistance bands and a door anchor. The first exercise is a tricep kickback, then bicep curls, tricep pressdown, and the bicep curl again. This arm superset workout can be done 3 times a week with 3 sets and 15 repetitions for each exercise.

  • does anybody no how to gain weight and stay definded? im 6ft skinny/lean, but only 143lbs i only hav 4bls body fat. i do work out with weights evrey day. should i cut out running or sumthing? i wana gain 20 lbs in 6 months.

  • @herrpotat you don't really know if he's fit or not. Fit doesn't necessarily mean rippling with muscle or having mass created by roids and overuse of weights. Moreover, it's so rude to call a person ugly names when they're trying to demonstrate something that many others might find useful. Shame on you.

  • Good video. Thank you. I swear by bands as a way to gain functional strength and build lovely muscle without the injury weights often cause. I'm always looking for new ideas and appreciate this type of instructional video.

  • yeah man i dont know if any one has responded to you yet but i had the same problem what i did was i drank 3 protien shakes a day each had like 300 calories but with tall guys like us bro we need the extra calories youll gain muscle and you matabulism will take care of the rest of the calories but keep on running thats good for you, i gaind like 23 ounds in 5 months trsust me.
