hey any news with the 54 mg? did you switch yet? how did it go? i took my first 36 mg today and found it a bit weak. i still found myslef losing attention and still found tasks really demotivating... thanks!

@st3ic86 The Meds concerta don,t effect me in that way anymore with the loss of apitite. I have lost weight but only as I have stoped training for the moment due to a shoulder injury. Unfortunatly I lose weight realy fast if I stop. Its a up and down thing. 4 years ago I could have competed in body fitness but only just 4 fun, I would not have won. :)

I'm so glad these videos are up so I can relate :) I'm currently on 54 mg and I have noticed a huge differance. I too started at 18mg and moved my way up. I was suppose to go to 72 mg I believe but I stayed at 54 because I started to get twitchy at first but then I got used to it.

@ginsengchris Sorry late response but 54 mg was pretty strong at first but then i got used to it. I could focus for hours at a time and keep a conversation going without distractions which is a very big issue for me. The problem for me was getting off of it. I was due for a refill but my insurance was not up to date, as a result I lost my prescription and dealt with not being on my medication for a few LONG weeks. Now I'm completely off the meds, but i definately need to get back on for school

@trajikher0 Don,t worry about the late responce as I have started to study so time is not on my side. I do find that most people take the meds when needed rather than being spaced out with friends for no good reason BUT there are poeple that do need the meds more often that so.
