Sears: Felony Theft

The Midland Police Department is seeking your help in identifying a suspect in a felony theft. On December 23, 2008, at approximately 10:20 a.m., the suspect removed a 40" Sony LCD TV, valued at $1,700.00, from Sears at Midland Park Mall, 4511 North Midkiff. The suspect is a white male with brown hair in his late 30's to early 40's. He was wearing a ball cap, a dark blue and silver jacket, and light colored dirty blue jeans.

The suspect was confronted by loss prevention outside the store where the TV was recovered. However, the suspect fled southbound in an older model primer gray Suburban with Texas tags, similar to "G563SSG".
