I modify this by putting a cup (about 4-6oz) of SLIME in the bottom of the tire so that the tire won't get flats from the nails and stuff out there. I also have found that it helps keep the bead set on older rusty rims.

I done that 100's of times on everything from a riding mower to a large tractor tire to truck tires work great to reseat the bead. Robert
