Milad is a way to respect Our Great prophet.everyone respecing our prophet by saying ya nabi salmu alayka....The person who is doing milad...he was one of the great Scholar in Bangladesh.May Allah keep him in Jannah.

Im sorry but you missed my point. Im saying that there is no where even in Hadith or the lives of the Sahaba where they did Milat Sharif the way we do it. Eg. sitting down as a Jamat then imam reciting quraan and then standing up and doing Darood loudly as a Jamaat and folding our arms. If you can find this METHOD then please inform me. The method of Salaat, Wudu, Hajj is mentioned in Hadith but no method of Milat Sharif. If you do find something please state the source.

@Noortorious it is in hadiths to however keep in mind brother i just proved it from the holy quran so even if the hadiths dont say it it dont matter because the holy quran states it. also i the sahabas did do it, as i quoted allah and his angels invoke blessings too. brother i know some people do not like milad but a true muslim would know if its right or wrong when participating in one with clear mind and just thinking of prophet.

Salaam, I understand what you are saying but we have to invoke blessings on the Prophet (SAW) the way the Sahaba invoked blessings on him or else it becomes Bidat and a grave sin. The problem is Milat Shareef cannot be found anywhere to be practiced by the Sahaba not even Sahih Hadith books.

Can someone please provide evidence from Qur'an and Hadith where the method of Milat Sharif is practiced. Thank you
Brother milad shorif is beautifull, grasp the beauty of it. im only 18 and study at a sixth form and i understand a bit about islam. The angels done it allah told us to do it too "to invoke blessings". (THE QURAN) in Surah 33. Al-Ahzab VERSE 56 = SURELY ALLAH AND (ALL) HIS ANGELS INVOKE BLESSINGS AND GREETINGS ON THE HOLY PROPHET saw. O Believers! You (also) invoke blessings on him with worthy salutation of peace abundantly ( and fervently.
