Slo County Sheriff's deputies violate 4th amendment rights of Matt Hart KCCN.tv Part 3

Final part:

SLO County Sheriff's deputies illegally search the home of Matt Hart and openly discuss how they will get away with it. To date, Matt Hart has not recieved all of his firearms back from the department, including one that the deputies expressed interest in owning.

This cannot be swept under the rug. Help spread this around to help gain attention so Mr. Hart can push his lawsuit against this blatant violation of his civil rights by those deputies. We cannot allow these people to shred the Constitution just because they feel like it.

Did you hear how the police talk. They love their egos! If it happened to him, its only a matter of time before it will happen to YOU! I left the US in 2010. Police would never do this in Germany. I suggest people look to more egalitarian countries.

@olistostrome I agree. Remember, not all COPS are this way. Thugs like officers in the video, are not officers, they deserve to be debadged and jailed as a strong reminder to other deputies to follow the law. This man was almost shot, he has criminal charges no words if they are still pending or if he plead guilty or no contest or took the plea, this is truly disgusting. This should be training material for new and present officers. I'm glad camera's were rolling in the squad cars with audio.

Its so fucking disgusting. These terrorists, the cops and DA's alike, are making Al Qaeda proud. This is such bullshit how the DA's offices are just as corrupt as the fucking constitution rapists cops. There was absolutely no call for him to be bullied into a plea deal. But, as a resident in California, I totally understand how that goes, having dealt with same kind of thing. The DA's office here has 27 members to 12 public defenders. WAKE UP AMERICA! I'm a very typical nobody in California. I've had maybe 3 tickets in 30 years, and been pulled over about 10 times. In every single instance, the police officer(s) lied about the reason for initial contact, illegally searched my vehicle and in the four incidents with which I felt inclined to file a complaint, lied in their report. This story does not surprise me at all.
