  • i deffinately learned less is more on the pre's. 1 scoop no matter your size is the way to go

  • @catbatbomb basic everyone should take in my opinion is a quality multivitamin. depending on your goals a great protein such as prota-lyn is also a good idea if you are looking to support muscle growth. i wouldn't add too much beyond that if you are just getting back into it

  • @06livefast more shorts will be coming including more of the supps that i take.

  • If you're just starting (again) should you take any supps, or wait? Is there anything you recommend for everyone?
