@takennya I do know history and I have never looked at Wikipedia. That Ethiopean Jews are Jews is not just my opinion, but also the opinion of the Chief Rabbanate of Israel. Coincedentally, another recent study has shown that all Jews are related by means of carrying certain genetic markers. This includes the non-white Jews of Ethiopia and India. Interestingly enough, there is an argument in the Talmud over whether the book of Job is fact or fiction. But even those who say it is a work of fiction admit it is a work of prophecy. (Note the Jewish concept of prophecy has to do with a higher relationship with God, not the popular notion of seeing into the future.) There is one tradition that says it was written by Moses himself trying to understand the age old question of why good people suffer.
