Congradulations, I've seen other of your videos. You're strength is impressive. Just don't twist your knees that mutch, since you're going to develop an o-type legs later on.

@FishSup018 thanks :) I will do my best to continue to please. Haha I know, this is a very old video actually but yea need to be careful with my knees i've improved the prolem quite a lot recently.

@mikeyburger1 haha how does that work! you're 19 and 82kgs and you cant beat what you did when you were 16!?! im 25 and 81 kgs and can only back squat 140 for 3 reps!
