The Bible is not to be taken literally. That's the devils work if you want it that way - to make you wait for a man to come and save you. I don't expect you to have a revelation for yourself but it sounds to me like you need one. If I'm worshipping the devil maybe he can come and suck me off while I open up for a backbend.
