Are you stupid? The surveillance video clearly shows that Tom did not beat her, he smacked her once in the face and then left. Aside from that they destroyed his property, verbally assaulted his mother, and provided him with more than enough provocation for him to retaliate in such a way. Did they expect to do all of those things and not receive any consequences? And by the by, the court asked that he simply apologize, which he did, after filing a restraining order on that bitch.

I'm not a fan of TH but guess my maternal instinct kicked in right now. How can you do something horrible like that? Those girls should never be allowed to come to Germany again and not even near the boys when they are on Tour around the world.
